Paul N. Taylor Named Equity Shareholder at Workman Nydegger

Paul N. Taylor has been named equity shareholder at Workman Nydegger, Utah’s largest intellectual property firm.

Mr. Taylor, who is a registered patent attorney, is secretary of the Utah State Bar Intellectual Property Law Section. While in law school at the University of Utah, he was a founding member and served as president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and in 2011 was designated a Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent applications in a variety of areas including oil and gas technologies, medical devices, clean-room technologies, automotive safety devices, exercise equipment, software, optics, embedded devices and consumer electronics. He has also assisted clients in defending against patent infringement suits and has provided opinions including patentability and patent infringement opinions.
