Three Attorneys Join Workman Nydegger

Workman Nydegger is pleased to welcome James W. McConkie III and Roger J. McConkie as Shareholders to the firm’s litigation team and Callie B. Rogers as Of Counsel to the firm.

James W. McConkie III’s practice involves general civil and commercial litigation, with special emphasis in contract or business disputes, employment, trademark and unfair business practice matters. Mr. McConkie has experience in complex and class action litigation, having played a key role in two Federal Receiverships and a successful nationwide class action lawsuit against a Fortune 500 company.

Roger J. McConkie’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation and defending complex personal injury cases. His practice involves representing world class convention centers, defending amusement parks, cheerleading companies and major trucking companies. Mr. McConkie was appointed at the request of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as a receiver in the United States District Court in a 15 million dollar securities fraud case.

Callie Buys Rogers has experience drafting and reviewing contracts and business organization documents. Ms. Rogers’ practice focuses on providing guidance and counsel on general corporate and business matters including business formation, contract drafting and review, employment issues and trademark registration, as well as research of relevant laws and regulations affecting individual businesses.
