Workman Nydegger Shareholders to Serve as Panelists at WIPO Conference

cassell-justinfrodsham-mikeWorkman Nydegger shareholders Justin Cassell and Michael Frodsham will serve as panelists for the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) conference to be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.

The conference will focus on presenting services and initiatives for protecting intellectual property overseas.  Mr. Cassell will serve on a panel entitled “Global Intellectual Property Systems: Protecting Your Inventions Internationally Using the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).”  Mr. Frodsham will serve on a panel entitled “Global Intellectual Property Systems: The Hague System; a Simplified Application Process for Obtaining “Registered Designs” (or, “Design Patents”), for the Protection of Industrial Designs in Many International Jurisdictions.”
