Tyler J. Eller

Tyler J. Eller has been working with all aspects of foreign and U.S. patent and trademark filings since 2007. His expertise includes client intake and matter transfers, including patent family analysis. Mr. Eller also prepares and manages client patent portfolios, including all docket management, cost analysis and estimates, manage chain of title, ownership, and assignment matters. On a regular basis he oversees all corresponding prosecution actions, such as patent and trademark office action responses, information disclosure statements, patent post allowance review, and all types of trademark renewal filings.
