Workman Nydegger is pleased to announce and celebrate HR Manager Sarah Hill’s recent accomplishment of passing the SHRM-CP certification exam.
The SHRM-CP certification is regarded as one of the top human resource certifications. The exam assesses an individual’s knowledge and capacity to apply HR principles to real-life scenarios and consists of 134 multiple-choice questions, 80 knowledge items, 54 situation-judgment items, and 24 field-test items. To be eligible for the exam, the individual must have basic knowledge of human resources and human resource duties.
Ms. Hill has a B.A. in Psychology, an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and more than 10 years of experience in the HR field. When asked about her recent accomplishment, Ms. Hill said, “I’m filled with joy and gratitude.
